Jamma Amusement is a Chinese company that shamelessly deceives customers to collect their money, only to deliver waste or, at best, spare parts. Let me share the harrowing experience of one customer:
In January 2024, I paid Jamma Amusement in full for a product advertised as having three speeds, motion sensors, intelligent recognition, and other impressive features. However, when the product arrived in April 2024, it was damaged and significantly delayed.
Over the next few months, from April to June 15, 2024, we conducted four testing and calibration sessions, totaling over 30 hours. Shockingly, the product failed to function as promised on ALIBABA.com or in the aggressive pre-payment presentation.
It was utterly unusable for its intended purpose.
Jamma Amusement established a support group, but even after 30 hours of testing, they couldn’t prove that the product met its initial marketing claims. To make matters worse, they initially stated the product could be used outdoors, only to backtrack upon delivery, claiming it was not suitable for outdoor use.
After six months of waiting, they delivered nothing more than a heap of junk that takes up valuable space – and we’re paying for storage. Indoor tests yielded the same disappointing results: the product is unusable. It’s fit only for spare parts or the trash bin.
Jamma Amusement’s communication is sluggish, and they disappear for days. Their sole proposal is for us to pay shipping and customs fees again, and only after they receive the product back will they consider reimbursement – all while offering no guarantee of a refund.
This situation epitomizes fraud: taking money upfront, delivering garbage, and then expecting customers to trust them with return shipping costs. When we requested the same return procedure as the initial payment, they flatly refused.
Jamma makes grand promises before payment, but once they have your money, they respond at their convenience and deliver subpar goods. Their deceptive practices extend from marketing to sales.
Our company’s losses amount to €18,000 (€15,000 paid upfront to JAMMA and €3,000 in customs fees, VAT, and storage). It’s astounding that they demand more money for return shipping, with no assurance of a refund.
Jamma Amusement operates under two distinct companies, boasting over ten years in the market. Everything stated here can be substantiated with video, photos, and written evidence.
After spending €18,000, they expect us to shell out another €3,000, with no guarantee of reimbursement.
Jamma Amusement is a massive fraud – don’t risk your money on their empty promises.
In 2024, I never thought such fraud still existed.
